Hello and thank you for visiting our website.

I am David Akiba, the owner and president of Best Rate Finance and Realty, Inc. I founded this company in 1995. We are a direct mortgage lender, and we can also do real estate transactions for clients who are not our borrowers. Best Rate Finance and Real Estate, Inc. is a full-service mortgage and real estate company.

We are a direct lender for mortgage loans. I have vast experience as a direct endorsement underwriter, pipeline manager, loan processor, and funder. As a loan originator, that experience is extremely valuable as I am often able to find the best fit for my borrowers who are seeking a mortgage. We have many mortgage programs available and our website highlights why each one may be a perfect fit for you.

I also am a real estate broker and when our clients have real estate needs, we are able to help them with the property. Whether it be listing their home (helping to cross-qualify potential buyers to eliminate delays) or helping them search for a home (providing automated underwriting approvals and commitment letters), my mortgage knowledge comes in handy when we represent clients in real estate.
